A: PSA and NBI documents are valid for 6 months only, from the date of issuance. School docs and other certifications are valid for one year.

A: You need to go to the nearest police station and file a report. (Get a copy of the police blotter, then go to the nearest lawyer and execute an affidavit of loss, then submit these two to the PIA for translations and then to the Italian Embassy Consular Section.)
