Terms and conditions for language courses
General Policies
The Philippine Italian Association reserves the right to cancel or dissolve a class if the number of learners fails to reach the required minimum number of five (5). In such a case, the PIA would propose enrolled learners to join a different class of the same level. The learner has the right to be refunded, if the proposed solution does not suit him/her.
The PIA reserves the right to replace the assigned trainer during the course, if necessary.
The PIA reserves the right to reschedule a class due to one of the following reasons: special request from the majority of the students; sickness of the instructor; weather alerts.
Refund Policy
The tuition fee is refundable or creditable to a different course no later than three (3) days prior the beginning of the course. And administrative fee of 500PhP will be charged to the learner for both, refunds and credits. Credit notes will have to be availed enrolling in another language course within the same solar year.
Transfer
Learners can file a written and justified request to be transferred to another course/schedule no later than one week after the course has started. The Philippine Italian Association reserves the rights to reject the request due to availability of schedule and slots. For any transfer, an administrative fee of five hundred pesos (500PhP) is charged to the learner.
