For this fun experience, we will learn how to make delicious pizzas easily with Ooni ovens and pair them well with Italian wines from Cantine Settesoli in Sicily.

Amare La Cucina’s Pizza Master Edmark Bustos will teach this virtual workshop for us to learn how to make our own pizzas at home while Ricardo Andujar, Export Manager of Cantine Settesoli in Sicily, will present the 2 wines that we have selected to be paired with the 2 exquisite pizzas.

James Freney, our Vice President for Culture, will also share with us about the origins of the Pizza, the culture that created it and the role it plays today in Italy's social life.

For this workshop, you will be able to use your traditional oven. You will receive all needed ingredients with the fresh dough already prepared to make great pizzas and enjoy the wines in the comforts of your home.
