In celebration of the Centennial of Pier Paolo Pasolini, the Film Institute of the University of the Philippines Diliman, supported by the Embassy of Italy, and in cooperation with the Philippine Italian Association, presents the OPEN AIR SCREENING of ACCATTONE, the second, groundbreaking film by Pier Paolo Pasolini.
On MAY 21, at the space right outside CINE ADARNA, inside the UP Diliman Campus.
The Screening will be introduced by H.E. Marco Clemente, Ambassador of Italy to the Philippines. The program will include a lecture by Professor Nick Deocampo, Historian and Filmmaker, entitled “POETIC CONVERSATION: PASOLINI AND ME. A Shared Moment in Film and Poetry”.
Gates will open at 5:00 PM. Program will start at 5:30 PM.
